What should I do if the mouse won't pair with my device?

Hold the Left, Middle, and Right buttons for 3 seconds to pair; the LED flashes green for 2.4G, blue for Bluetooth. Plug in the receiver to auto-pair, or select the mouse in your computer's Bluetooth list. The LED stays on 3 seconds and turns off.
How do I adjust the DPI level of the mouse?

Press and hold the DPI button for 1 second to cycle through the DPI levels. The number of LED flashes shows the current level: 1 for 800 DPI, 2 for 1200, 3 for 1600 (default), 4 for 2000, and 5 for 4000.
What surfaces does the mouse work on?

The mouse works on most surfaces and mouse pads, including black fabric pads, white A4 paper (single or multi-layer), Formica desktops, marble, metal pads (silver and gold), coloured pads, and wood-effect desktops. It does not support glass surfaces.
Why don't the side buttons work on macOS?

Side Button 4 (Forward) and Side Button 5 (Back) have no function on macOS.

Silent Clicks and Silent Scroll: Silent switches hold clicks under 40dB and the wheel is muted too, both keeping a crisp, positive press, so you can work in shared rooms undisturbed
Bluetooth & 2.4GHz Dual Mode: Pair 2 devices at once, one over Bluetooth 5.4 and one over the 2.4GHz USB receiver, so desktops without Bluetooth still work and busy USB ports stay free
USB-C Rechargeable, 70 Days a Charge: Top up to full in about 2 hours with the included cable, so there are no AA cells to buy or swap
Ergonomic and Portable Design: A right-hand curve supports your palm and thumb rest, and the compact 11cm body stays comfortable through long desk sessions
Two Thumb Buttons for Quick Navigation: Jump back and forward between pages from the mouse, and press the top button to switch between the 2 paired devices (Note: side buttons not supported on macOS)
4000 DPI Smooth Tracking: A 4000 DPI sensor with 5 adjustable levels keeps the cursor moving on wood, fabric, paper and metal pads, so you can drop the mouse mat (Note: Not suitable for glass surfaces.)
Universal Compatibility: Pair with a laptop, desktop or tablet on Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, Android and Linux, with up to 15m of wireless range
